Sophisticated Investors

If you’re a Sophisticated Investor, you may be able to take advantage of opportunities only available to Wholesale Investors who meet the following criteria;

• A gross income of $250,000 or more in each of the previous two financial years; or
• Net assets of at least $2.5m (excluding principal residence); and
• Provide a qualified accountant’s certificate confirming that you are a Wholesale Investor.
